It is 12:49 PM. It says on the website the store should be open, and in the door there is a sign it says the store should be open until 9PM, but I dont know why the store is closed. Very disappointed. I feel like they dont care about the business. And I am willing and ready to take this franchise from them please let me know if the company is interested. I will at least treat the customers with respect and be on time to serve my customers.

Stopped in at 1pm on a Monday and they are closed. No lights on, no one there. Really disappointing.

I have never had a bad experience. When I walk in I am always greeted enthusiastically by Austin. He seemed genuinely interested in helping me get my life back on track and not like he was just trying to sell me on a product, he and his staff have always been very honest on what works and what doesnt. When I first started my weight loss journey Austin told me about how he himself was severely overweight, then he walked me all the way through my weight loss journey and helped me start to live an active lifestyle. He took the time to teach me all about what diet would best benefit me even after I had already checked out. The GNC staff at Hoover have been nothing but helpful, informative, and pleasant. I always feel safe coming back.
