My 2+ year old phone finally gave out and I had to have a phone right away so I went to this location yesterday morning right when they opened to upgrade. The 2 ladies that were working that morning were wonderful! Super personable, very knowledgeable and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes which is unheard of (at least for me) when upgrading. I did not catch their names but they were both great! I will definitely be back to this location!

Big shout out to Tyshun and Terry for the great service last night. We went there to purchase 2 iPhones and switch service to T Mobile, not realizing how long the whole process was going to take. With getting transfer pin from previous carrier, setting up the accounts and backing up to the new phone, etc, it look a lot longer than the one hour we gave ourselves time for. By the time we were done it was 8:40, way past the 8:00 PM closing time. We also purchased phone and screen protectors which Tyshun patiently applied to the new phones for us while we waited for the backup to complete. Both Tyshun and Terry remained professional and courteous throughout, even through we kept them back way past closing time. THANK YOU!

Customer service was horrible!!! The sales representative Tye acted like he was bothered by me coming in with the issue I had with new T Mobile home internet service, that was when he wasnt on his personal phone. I have been a T Mobile customer for over 10 years and have multiple lines with them.

Not the best of experiences. I had an extra line was going to activate with a phone I bought. I went in to get a SIM card for the phone and get it activated, thats it. I left with a T-Mobile bag with a broken phone and battery. The associated broke the tab that holds the SIM card and the battery trying to force it back together. His response was you get what you pay for. He also said I could call in a couple days when they have a manager. Ive had much better experiences at other stores. ***Update- after receiving a response to my initial post, I sent an email to address provided and have yet to hear back. I called T-Mobile customer service and they were actually great. They put me in contact of the new store manager. She was kind and wanted to help but said she had given my contact info to the district manager to get this resolved. I called the store twice and have gotten the same answer, the district manager was going to get this issue resolved. Three weeks later and I have not heard anything. Take the time and drive down to the Alabaster store...they are fantastic!
