If you're going to go into the store I would be careful of ordering anything through the store and being shipped to you. We came in august 13, 2021. To make a purchase for my mother in law. Two pairs of shoes. One through the store to be shipped (they didn't have her size in store) and one at the store. The girl there did two separate transactions. Both transactions were charged that day. My husband approved of the address. And email. She said once the order gets to the warehouse we will receive an email with a tracking. We never got the email. Nor did my mother in law received her shoes. So today is September 05. We went in to ask the same girl about it. (Who turned out to be one of the managers) she said there was nothing she could do. And told us to call corporate. Even though we had an account through sketchers. But now all a sudden couldn't do anything. We couldn't call because it's over Labor Day weekend and they're closed. She was very off put and just kept brushing us off. Saying her system couldn't do anything about it. It was the exact same girl who sold us the shoes when we were there august 13! So she remembered us! And kept blaming my husband saying he was the one that approved the email and phone number. I literally stood in store and signed up for a sketchers account online. It showed one transaction went through. But did not show the second one. I told my husband I'll call Tuesday. Literally 5 minutes later it showed up on our account September 05, 2021 that our online order went through. And it even showed the time. Which was 5 minutes after we left the store. You cannot tell me it's pure coincidence it happened. And you cannot tell me she couldn't do anything about it. She could have easily looked it up. Said it's on its way. And that's that. But to then lie to us about it too. Was completely unacceptable. How can one have a manager who's lying to customers. Now I have to wait to see if my mother in law will receive the shoes at all and then have to fight customer service about it. If it's not. Ridiculous.
