        Fraud Alert. Amy Wingo/Conwill was one of the owners of Arbor Trace Management with her ex-husband Bryan. I paid over $59,000 to Atrium to have improvements completed on 5 rental properties and in the course of 6 months little has been done and most of my funds have been misappropriated. No owner statements and no proof of work orders paid. I have moved to a new management company and much happier.
