I always like to give a shout out to a great customer experience. We had an issue with an outdoor faucet and Garrett with Hoover Plumbing fixed it. I had to leave a message with my first call, and he called back within a few minutes and apologized for the delay. He set an appointment time and texted when he had to delay the repair due to pouring rain. He let me know he could come when the rain let up and finished the repair quickly. We had a pipe burst on Christmas Eve that left us without water to our house. A plumber from Hoover Plumbing was able to come out that day after just a few hours and fixed our issue in barely 15 minutes upon arrival. The plumber was very personable, and we were charged an extremely reasonable price, especially given that it was a holiday. I will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing issues. Wish I could give NO STAR!!! Had a new water heater installed by Mike in February 2021, water heater stopped working on10/6/21. Took over 24 hours to come out to check and when they got here they wanted to charge us $325 LABOR COSTS FOR A BRAND NEW WATER HEATER UNDER WARRANTY - DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS, BUYER BEWARE!!!! Mike is the owner and you do NOT want to trust this person. We were told by Rheem (after we spoke with the owner Mike) that if we would have bought a water heater through a reputable business such as Home Depot or a larger chain that they would NOT charge for LABOR on a new water heater but because small businesses can do what they want, they are trying to charge for a 7 month old water heater. Rheem is sending us the parts for FREE with instructions to repair ourselves. Rheem said it was a simple repair we can do ourselves - wow. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MIKE OR HOOVER PLUMBING.
