Amber, after speaking with my service department, it looks like you brought your vehicle in for wind noise when your panoramic sunroof is open on the interstate and your radio randomly turning on. Our service advisor did test drive your vehicle as well as another QX60 with a panoramic sunroof and both sounded the same. Unfortunately, when you are driving with the panoramic sunroof open on the interstate, there is going to be some wind noises. We were unable to duplicate the radio randomly turning on. Our valet service was unable to drop your vehicle with you on Friday, however, we were able to bring your vehicle back to your home before you returned from out of town. Our service manager, Shawn Ollis, did call and leave a VM on April 1 and an email on April 2. Please give us a call if you have any additional questions or concerns at (205)403-5221.

First off I want to say that I have been using this dealer for service since I first purchased my Infiniti back in 2019 and it used to be great but my last two visits has been the most awful experience and I'm never going back. So, I dropped off my vehicle to get new wheels put on and blend door actuator replaced. My service advisor JUSTIN told me it would be 2 days for the technician to do the diagnostic so after 2 days i called and called and never got a response. I finally got a response after 6 days on a Saturday and he told me it would be ready the following Tuesday. So after picking it up that Tuesday i noticed i did not have tire pressure showing so I immediately called Justin and left a message so a WEEK later after calling every day one of my tires went flat because the tire sensor was bad because they did not swap the sensors over. So i immediately called Infiniti still no answer from JUSTIN, so i talked to someone else they got in touch with the technician who did everything on my car he said he would be able to swap sensors from my old wheels over for $550 because it would take 2 and 1/2 hours so I got someone in my town to do it for me and they charged me $120(30 per tire) and they did it in less than 30 minutes it probably took him 5 minutes per tire so I dont know why he gave me a qoute that said it would take almost 3 hours. All in all I never talked to JUSTIN my advisor because he NEVER answer or respond to voicemails, another ALL IN ALL is I will never use them again!

Infiniti of Birmingham staff receives an A+ from me for customer service. This is my second time requesting assistance because of car emergency issues while visiting and they have been kind enough to assist me with my issues. Beginning with Crue the service advisor, who didnt hesitate to assist and assure me that he would take care of my vehicle and he kept me updated on the progress. The sales consultant Jason was outstanding in providing service while waiting on my vehicle. And lastly the General Sales Manager Mark Mitchell was willing to assist my husband and I along with the others. The experience was awesome and I would definitely recommend Infiniti of Birmingham, Hoover location for any care service or sales.
