        Wow - did I ever experience tremendous service! While visiting the Kohl's in the Grove Shopping Area in Hoover on March 27th Floor Manager Carelton & Cashier Harriet took great care of me concerning a difficult return and reringing the replacement merchandise. Carelton went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Kudos again to Harriet & Carelton for truly caring about their Kohl's Customer!
