1) several electrical splices under my porch (exposed to rain)
2) 14ga communication wire spliced into 18ga thermostat wire
3) outdoor unit (condenser) is rated Cooling 29000 BTU / Heating 30000 BTU
4) indoor units (“pods†- 4 per condenser) are each rated Cooling 12000 BTU / Heating 13000 BTU
... you do the math ...
I could go on. The owner, Billy Weathers, refuses to acknowledge that they did anything wrong & said I’m being unreasonable for expecting a condenser to service all 4 pods at the same time. He will not stand by his work.
