Hi Aundrea, thank you for the review. It’s unfortunate that our facility and staff are receiving this review the day after we informed your boyfriend, he couldn’t use your membership to use the facility. We made several attempts to reach out to him about his account to bring it up to date. The night he was at the gym was completely fine with us. But he would have to either pay the drop-in fee or bring his previous membership up to date and active. Non-members cannot use other members’ memberships at our facility. I’m not sure what $100 maintenance fee you are referring to, as we have a standard $25 annual maintenance fee. Your specific membership has no fees associated with it at all. If you have been drafted $100 by our facility, we will correct that. But I could not find any drafts on your account that weren’t one-off charges (i.e. shirt, drop-ins) and those were from 2+ years ago.The night your boyfriend helped me, we had a cable come off the pulley system, these things happen over time. I attempted to fix the piece the night I was made aware. I couldn’t fix it, so I told our staff I would have to submit a ticket. Your boyfriend saw me trying to fix it and offered to help. I was extremely grateful to him for his help and told him so, repeatedly. I would welcome the opportunity for you and me to tour the facility and you can let me know what specific pieces are not even and I will address them. I am currently not aware of that issue. We always want HHC to be the best facility for our members and community. I am surprised by your critique of our staff as I can only think of positive interactions, I’ve had with you and your bf, personally, and I feel that's the same for the staff as well.
