I love Dr Roy and her staff. I've been seeing her since she started at the practice back in 2003. I drive almost 30 mins to see her and will till my last kiddo ages out.

The sweetest staff youll ever meet! They are so kind and caring about all of your needs. My daughter sees Dr. Roberson and she is always full of smiles. The gentleman at the front desk makes you feel like you are heard. He is so kind and a joy to see as the first person in the practice.

Dr. Quillin is a wonderful doctor. However if you have multiple prescriptions that get filled every month good luck getting them filled all at one time. The staff seems like they can't get all of the prescriptions sent back at the same time which is VERY frustrating having to go back and forth to the pharmacy or the doctor's office.

Horrible. We moved here July of 2022 and I've never had such horrible care. I could go on and on about the issues but I'll hit the basics. Half the time they do not answer the phone and the other times you can't get a same day sick appt. Just take your kid to the walk in. Better service all around. Referrals to other Dr's? Hope it doesn't take 3 months for them to follow through like it did us. My middle son has been waiting for almost a week for MRI results. I call the imaging center and I'm told their Dr has to give the results. Called the Dr's office who took my info and number down. Still waiting. This is not like it's routine bloodwork. Just go somewhere where they care. That's what we're about to do.

Be sure to show up 15 minutes early so that you can wait 30 minutes extra in the room before being seen by the doctor. Have a scheduling conflict? Rescheduling is two months out typically
