        I'm very unhappy overall with this company. The LVP that was installed was turned up on the edges in some of the rooms. They did replace it and I do believe it was from improper installation since the other rooms were fine. After they installed the new product I realized that it had a different appearance than the original. It was more dull with less texture. I notified them of this and they submitted claim to the company of the product. The company states that ethey won't do anything about it because it was not noticed right away. On top of all of this communication is very poor and you have to continuously follow up with this company on issues. In addition they installed carpet and did not leave me with any scraps should I have to replace a small area. I do not recommend this company at all. Keep looking.

        Very knowledgeable about their products and they offer a good selection of floor and tile. Great customer service which is hard to find these days. Will be returning as I continue my remodel.

        The do the flooring here at Autumn Tree. The floors looks amazing and are durable. Bryan knows his products to he doesn't sell you the highest priced items he sells you what will work best for what you want your floors to be.

        William's quote was $500 less than another company; so, I chose One on One Flooring. PS. The owner contacted me after my review and stated that he addresses my issues with his crew. I felt good enough about him to continue to use their service. Work was completed in a timely manner. but the behavior of the installation crew was less than professional. Examples: 1. They played a loud radio in the room while working. It didn't bother my wife, but was irritating to me. 2. They set up their saw about 10 feet from the front door and kept the doors open while working. There was a strong North wind that blew saw dust back into the house and all over the living room. My wife has Asthma and that wasn't good for her health plus the mess it made. 3. They left cigarette butts on the front walk and other debris on the driveway. 2/23/2018

      I'm sorry you feel this way. This is a pretty unfair review, so let's finish describing the details of what happened. There were some problems that arose after the initial installation. I reordered enough to fix the problem which I paid for of course and fixed it . You then had a transition piece that broke 5 months later. You said I took too long to fix that and the original repair and I deeply apologized that I didn't get it done as quickly as you wanted or didn't communicate as you thought I should. My installers are subcontractors and stay busy. I have to work around their schedule so sometimes, it's not immediate to come to fix a transition. You also failed to say that you waited 6 months after installation to make a complaint about the finish of the flooring not matching the original. The installer didn't notice it and I'm not sure if yall noticed anything immediate but I will never understand why you decided to wait 6 months to say something. I told you that I doubted the manufacturer would honor the claim because you waited so long. I told you that up front. The claim, unfortunately, was denied because you have to reject the flooring at installation if there is a problem per the manufacturer's requirements. Once it's installed, you've accepted the product. If I ever took too long to give you an answer, I apologize and have apologized to you before, though I never ignored a phone call or text from you. I always answered you back as quick as I could that day. I'm not perfect, but I do get back with my customers. I don't ignore them. If I ever take longer than you think I should to get back with you, I give my customers my cell phone and they are always free to text me and I will follow up. My door of communication is open. I'm not perfect. I have a busy job, but I do take care of my customers.
