Critter Control of Huntsville Alabama

Failed to meet expectations. I had a small chipmunk die in the garage under some stairs. I figured it would be difficult to find in insulation and require sanitation so I called critter control. They required I pre pay 450 for the critter removal and another 250 for sanitation prior to showing up. I did so. The arrival time was scheduled for 0900. The technician failed to show up, and did not even attempt to make a call to let me know he was running late. I called him at 0930 to tell him that he could no longer come to the house due to the amount of time I assumed the job would take and other engagements I had. We had to reschedule for 1300. The technician then arrived on time at 1300. He spent a total of 5 minutes at my house. Effectively he bent over in a corner, found a chipmunk (I hope there was only one) picked it up, and sprayed a spray bottle for about 5 minutes. After those 5 minutes were up (the majority of the time spent getting a plastic bag from his truck), he filed the paper work which took the most of the time he was at the house. When I asked to see the invoice he appeared rather guarded but it may have nothing to do with the situation here. I reluctantly signed because “technically” he did what I hired him to do. I called customer service because it didn’t feel right for the price and the job that was done and received the very short technical answer of effectively “we upheld our end of the contract”. They promised to review and call me back but as of yet have heard nothing. Long story short, I agreed to the price and the company did what they said he would do. I didn’t understand what the job actually entailed, which was pretty much nothing. To be clear. This is NO ONES FAULT BUT MINE. It certainly isn’t the technicians fault. However, even though I agreed to this price ahead of time, It sure didn’t feel like 700 dollars worth of work to me. Don’t let these guys charge you up front for services they haven’t provided yet. I honestly left this transaction feeling VERY cheated. I mean, that’s a mortgage payment to pick up a dead chipmunk and spray bleach for 2 seconds. These guys are either WAY over PRICED at best or DISHONEST at worst. DO NOT USE!! Services: Rodents, Trapped animals

From my first appointment through to the present, the Critter Control service as been terrific. They have been able to address all of the multiple issues that I was experiencing at my house. They are responsive, timely, effective, professional and personable. My issues are well controlled as a result of the initial services and now with great maintenance services. I would recommend this company and their services to any who I think could benefit when looking at addressing their issues! Services: Rodents, Wildlife, Ants, Nuisance animals, Trapped animals
