        image Quoted ball park 6700 in closing with no inspections when it came time to sign surprise! 14,600 dollars in closing fees and a bunch of inspections. Not to mention every bit of the paper work had incorrect names, missing documents. Omaha seems very fly-by-night. Here is my convo with Omaha agent Michael Cullela. Real professional.
