        They are a little slow and behind the times. Too difficult to access your money or pay bills online. Opened a new account and after the fact they said there would be a 30-day waiting period before they would issue a debit card and it might be longer due to the holidays. Fine time to have limited access to my money. Already considering changing to another bank that hopefully does not have all these issues.

        As a highly concerned customer, I don’t understand why this bank manger is still employed. She was very rude to me after closing my account and used unnecessary language in front of my 2nd grader. I do not recommend this bank after once being a customer for many years.
