I called for an estimate on a whole water/septic system for a new home. He was a very nice gentleman. He said he would come out to do an estimate that day, but could he wait until a little later in the day since it was so hot that week. Of course, I said that was fine. He never showed and didnt call to inform me that he wasn't coming. He wrote me 4 days later saying he could come by in 30 minutes. I said ok. I was watching for him out the window so I knew when he got here. A large truck pulls into my driveway, then backs up and leaves. (Im the last house on a dead end road) I texted him and asked if he was still coming, to which he replied that he had received a call for a delivery on a job and could try again tomorrow. This is when I told him I was on a time limit and would have to go with someone else. He never replied.

We had a plumbing backup which turned out to be improper septic tank operation. Mr. Nayman came out promptly, diagnosed the problem as tree roots in the field lines, did the repair and got the system back up and running all in one day.
