Will not return phone calls. Gives details on moving your case forward then no follow up right down to not even filling with the courts. Weeks and months go by waiting only to find that you are in the same place as when you hired him.

He will talk a good game at the consultation with you, make you feel good about your case, tell you the other attorney is one who just accepts the case for the money knowing they won't win, etc. Then, he won't return your phone calls, maybe 1 or 2 of them he will. We only had the opportunity to meet with him one other time after the initial consultation. In no way was he accurately prepared for court, nor did he call to discuss any type of game plan, follow your game plan that you want him to, and tell you to basically bend over and take what's given once the verdict comes in. He does not do appeals and he won't even try to dispove perjury when the the proof is in his hands. He is the attorney he described. He will take your money and not do anything to represent you to his fullest extent. Good luck on your case.
