We called in with a flat tire and they fixed it ON THE SPOT with a patch. So kind, and completely reasonable with pricing.

My wife and I were down in Gulf Shores snow-birding it for the Winter. Unfortunately, discovered our Nissan Rogue was dripping grease from a torn CV boot on the driver side CV shaft. After researching reviews, we found GSBP. They seemed to really take care of their customers. At times, even above and beyond what I thought a maintenance shop could do for customers in need. We met Tom for check-in. He, along with the staff, were over-the-top pleasant and easy to work with. The price quote was very reasonable, and certainly better than a dealership could offer. We let them get the replacement part first and brought the vehicle in the next morning to be installed. There were plenty of shops, parks, and food in the area to keep us busy during our wait. When the vehicle was finished, we were able to talk with George who did the repairs. Struck up some great conversation and we both got to know him and share some great stories. A fine gentleman that did top notch work. This is an incredible place and it is because of the people working there. Next season, when we come down again, it's comforting to know we have a car maintenance shop that has our backs if we run into trouble. Highly recommended shop!
