Little Construction agreed to block under my house and charged me for the correct material and quantities. However, he did not deliver materials as agreed.
He delivered only a portion of the blocks and mortar which caused delays with getting the job complete. He delivered inferior material for termite shield and under eve vents for the blocks instead of agreed vents and copper termite shields. The doors I had to get fabricated and installed because of his dragging around and not fulfilling his part of the agreement. The lying bastard tried to convince me that the galvanized flashing was the same as copper. In short if you want your money stolen then get Little Construction of Greenville, he is expert in that category if you want the job done right and on time then get someone else.
