These people are shady...They ran my credit without my permission just after a test drive. Even after they promised not to until I gave them the OK. Salesman lied right to my face & that's why I left without purchasing.

The guy that is part owner is a real piece of work he has done everything to call me a bi@@h and says he wants to kick my as@ I went to school with this guy his name is Jake and he threaten to beat me up. I would send my enemies there to buy a car very rude and disrespectful!!!

My wife and I purchased two vehicles in a week from Greenville Chevrolet,we purchased a 2015 Silverado and a 2019 Toyota Corolla, we well accommodated and had good assistance trough the purchasing process but service fell short afterwards, we were told that the detail service would not be available for two weeks, so instead of driving a newly purchased truck around dirty for two weeks I went ahead and had it detailed in Montgomery, and kept the receipt to receive a credit from Greenville Chevrolet later , we also was granted a 200$ credit for step bumpers , we had a little difficulty on both sides getting my truck scheduled in for installation , after deciding to make arrangements after the sales person got back from vacation , service went from bad to terrible, I had not heard from Robert in almost two weeks , I was worried for his personal health because prior he would respond back to my calls or text in a timely manor, so I reach out a week ago to sales manager Brad , he said Robert was walking through the door as we spoke and he or Robert would be calling me back in 5to 15 minutes, it’s been a week now and I have not received a call back , follow up service to complete the agreed promise and installation of step bumpers, it is very difficult for my wife getting in and out of the truck ( it’s a safety issue) what do we need to do to resolve this issue?
