Ronnie Troup Construction

Mr. Troup was the builder of an addition to our house in 2003. He did not flash or use window tape for the window installation, nor did he flash the gutters, We replaced some wood siding several years ago that had rotted do to this bad installation of gutters and windows, and have just finished having the whole addition sided, along with the gutters and windows flashed and taped the way other builders have said should have been done in 2003. I also had to have some work done behind the siding due to water getting behind it causing even some of the framing to rot. I have talked to Mr. Troup and he is not willing to take any responsibility for the issues, in fact says he would not change the way he installed the windows, siding or gutters. I have pictures.
