Dropped our car off for a quote, got said quote two times on two different days over the phone. When the job was done, was charged about $240 over that quote. When we went back to ask why they responded with "when we quoted it we forgot to include a $240 part....sorry" In case you don't know the whole point of a quote is to know how much a job will cost and to decide if you want to have the work done in the first place. My suggestion is that if you choose to do business here...get your quote in writing because "sorry" won't put money back in your checking account.

Rotated and balanced my 295/55/20 tires and only put 40 psi in them. Couldn't tell they were low looking at them and didn't set off the tpms figured it out a couple weeks later and now I have to replace two $400 tires. Didn't know I was supposed to check the air pressure after a so called professional shop worked on it!!
