Cahaba Contractors

Warranty company gave me them to come out and service my A/C after multiple phone calls I finally got in touch. They came out 3 days after I first tried calling. Again after multiple times calling I finally got an answer 2 weeks after they came out asking for an update from my warranty company and was lied to when told warranty company would not cover the work. I immediately called my warranty company and was told that they never submitted anything into them. I will never allow this company to service anything of mine ever again. Some of the worst customer service I have ever had. Service: AC repair

They don’t stand behind their work. 700 bucks for a sewage ejection pump. It worked 3 months. Tried to get them to come back out. They stopped returning calls. Had to file a complaint with the BBB.

After 4 WEEKS of dealing with our home warranty company dragging their feet and being generally incompetent, Cahaba HVAC came out and got the job done quickly! I'll be coming back to them for future HVAC repairs and service long after I've fired the Home Warranty company!

Andre and the folks at Cahaba Contractors just left my house. Quick, professional, courteous and proficient. Andre called me quickly, set and kept the earliest possible appointment, fixed my AC unit and did it all within a couple hours. I've had terrible experiences with other home warranty HVAC contractors, thankfully Andre and crew broke that streak by being so excellent. Highly recommended!
