*Photos to come* Wow... WORST FLORIST I HAVE EVER SEEN!! We ordered a full white cross with white roses and we got DEAD white AND PINK carnations with ZERO roses. I mean, who was putting this arrangement together? Someone clearly with no experience and sympathy for a family losing a loved one. Pretty sure they took the arrangement from another grave and just gave it to us reused. NEVER EVER EVER EVER trust this business!!!! They thought the Louisiana and Texas family wouldn't see, but 3 orders are now being refunded thanks to their terrible work. How could 1-800-Flowers ever want to have any connections with them, I don't know??

I now see why you'd like to keep your garden secret. The flowers this shop uses are all dead or dying. How disgusting that a shop would have the audacity to send dead flowers AND the incorrect arrangement to a funeral. Shame on this shop.

I was disappointed in the flowers I ordered for a funeral. They were all clustered together in the middle of the spray making it look small and cramped. The flowers themselves were nice but poorly arranged. There was far too much greenery along the edges making the flowers look even more bunched.  I will probably look elsewhere in the future.
