Very bad experience. I do not recommend: I spoke with the owner about fixing a small area in my kitchen. He said he would have one of his guys contact me. The guy called me, came to my home, looked at the floor, and advised me he could fix the floor with no problem. He told me he would charge me roughly a thousand dollars and that I needed to get flooring myself. Not knowing much about flooring, I agreed. He told me to get 146sq ft of wood Bc all the bad wood had to come up. I went to purchase the wood (spending almost another thousand dollars) And they didnt even use half of the amount he told me to purchase I couldnt refund the wood Bc it was a final purchase. To make the story short, the guy didnt do what he said. Its almost as if he got tired and only did half the job In the middle of him working, I noticed the floor coming up.. I asked him about it and he said i stand behind all my work . When he finished- i told him the floor was coming up and that there were humps in the floor. He said he would come back out and fix it but never did. I call the owner of D&D flooring back and he said he would reach out to the guy and followup with me( Never heard back) I tried calling him two times after that leaving voicemails. Still no response to this day.. If you want your flooring done right, I suggest going to a different company. This was a very unprofessional experience and waste of money. I was told to purchase double the amount of flooding needed and when they finished, my kitchen floor was/is coming up and has humps in different areas.
