Customer Service representative Nicole Young has been outstanding in helping me and offering me nothing but support,respect her patience ,assistance, understanding, and professionalism. Since changing and adding services talking to representatives on the phone have become increasingly difficult. I went into the store and was able to get the service done and completed. Thank you so much Nicole for being patient with me and helping me your dedication to your work is greatly appreciated!

I was told by Xfinity, when I had to cancel my service, to take my equipment to the local Xfinity store. I have been with Xfinity for over 15yrs. When I walked in the staff was standing around talking and when I interrupted, they were put out. I was then told that they do not take back equipment and I needed to go to UPS. I left, went to UPS then called Xfinity. I was told that yes they do take equipment. That person was just lazy. I had this escalated

I hate Xfinity!!!!!!!! My bill started out at $55, then magically increased to $80 because Xfinity has the right to increase your bill just because you're breathing.
So I decided to choose a lower plan so that I could stay at $55/mo, once I chose a lower plan, they added more fees that I did not previously have so that the new lower plan would still add up to $80.
I'm a full-time online student and internship, so I have to have home internet. Unfortunately, they are the only internet provider in my area so it makes it easier for them to abuse their customers. I wish their actions were illegal, I would pursue legal counsel because this is ridiculous.
I would drop them in a heartbeat if they had competition in my area...did I mention, I hate Xfinity?!!!!!!

This review is not about this store. Just Comcast in general, I have called over and over to say that my outdoor cable is broken. Can never speak to anyone, the machine only wants to restart my box, says this has to be done before a agent will speak with me. I just need someone to come repair my outdoor cable running into home. I've had several tickets opened in the past 2 days saying someone will contact me. Then I get a message saying ticket is now closed.. my gosh I've never had so much trouble with something that should be so simple. My cable was never buried like it should have been. It just lays across the ground.
