These crooks swindled money for non cancelation.on 3/23/24 They stated it was because I did not cancel before check in my son booked the room less than 12 hours before check in . They charged me $126 dollars for a room that I didn't stay in. They said it was their policy. won't be staying there anymore I used to stay every year and spend hundreds of dollars there! my son said the front desk clerk made a racial comment about him and his kids. Because he had his children with him he thought it was visitation weekend for them be careful before you waste your hard-earned money .

Food & drinks: Mostly junk food breakfast

Stayed for travel ball. They were not prepared. Rooms were dirty old linen left on sofa beds. Ran out of breakfast. Could not find reservations. Ride front desk staff. I know there are not many choices in Gadsen but please choose another hotel.
