Very very rude ! And lady got smart and rude with me over the phone for NO reason .. something came up and I couldnt make a payment.. and they harass me and they call 3-4 times a day when I told them I work 5a-2p I cant always pull out my phone and answer I actually have a real job not just sitting behind a desk on a computer after I pay them off I will NEVER use them again .. and I will not ever renew my loan

Will approve u over the phone even to point of sending a letter with approve an payments to u getting up there an not giving it to you.
