        I came in to decide if I wanted to get a hair relaxer. Nobody greeted me. After debating for a second on which product i wanted, the employee came and stood beside me as if i was stealing a $4 hair kit. I just left without the purchase and cut my hair instead.

      First of all, I am sorry that you did not receive sufficient service. It looks like we were tending to another customer when you entered the store. The reason I went near you was to find a product that another customer wanted. We will provide better service the next time you come. Sometimes you call us when you need help.
