Fort Mitchell Water System

This is the only water company that does NOT call to say, "Hey, you might have a water leak as your usage is $280 dollars more than it has EVER been, let's see and get this handled. " They want to go to work, take your money, help nobody, and answer no questions.

If I could give zero stars I would they are so rude up there the lady hung up on my husband i paid my water on time and they still turned my water off i had to pay and on top of that an additional $118 because they turned it off when I PAID IT ON TIME

I hate leaving bad reviews, but as others have said the customer care at this place is toxic. I normally pay my bill inside their building and have never had problems. I have been on military orders and just got home and new I needed to pay so I did so online today for the first time. Whew. All taken care of. Now it is 2pm and my water is off... they said when I called that it takes 48 hours to clear.... so she said to come in and pay again and they will turn it back on or wait until tomorrow. I asked if there was a way to verify the payment on her end and she hung up on me. She was nasty the entire call and ive never missed a payment or been late. This is unacceptable.

Shameful! Do not send your SSN via email. It's negligent for this company to instruct you to do so. C'mon Fort Mitchell Water stop being so cheap and provide customers with a secure portal to upload documents!

I thought that the water place in North Carolina was horrible this one here in Fort Mitchell has it beat. At least in North Carolina they worked with you more.
