Michael saved the day last weekend when he came out after midnight to do an emergency roof repair. We had storm water leaking in heavily and he came out to fix and repair it for us. He stayed until after 4 am! What a great company to provide such outstanding customer service when we needed it the most. Thank you for saving us from further damage!! Matt showed up at midnight on a Saturday night after our roof was leaking at 10pm. He was the only person/company that responded to my call and he took his time to do the job right (temporary repair) and was here until 4am. I would 100% use this company in the future.

Michael with Mass II roofing was incredible. They were fast , friendly and even retarped our house twice when a storm blew it back the same day. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for an honest, trustworthy company with great prices. Great experience! Service: Roof installation

This company came in and completely tore off our roof and replaced it in 2 1/2 days. The separate garage also! They were so professional and completely cleaned up as they went! I had 5 different companies come to estimate our roof and this is the only one that followed through.

My biggest complaint is you read all these 5 star reviews and I got one star service. The crew constantly smoked on my property. As a reformed smoker I found this incredibly offensive. They dropped numerous screws in both my new ac units. They just dropped sheets of the old metal off the roof damaging my flower beds and stair rails. Michaels lack of follow up was slow, he didn't return text messages in a timely manner. We didn't know if he was showing up or not. I never once saw him on the job site except to bid the job.. Their clean up was marginal and they left screws all in my drive way also. I thought if I paid more I would get better service, not so. The tarps they put on the roof were put up so bad, they didn't do much. When I asked one of the workers how they got all the 5 star reviews, he said because they have the workers and friends write them. He did offer to fix a few things but we didn't feel like waiting and fixed stair rails ourselves. Services: Roof installation, Loft ventilation, Storm/wind damage roof repair
