Great food, but terrible service. Very disappointed. Our glasses were constantly empty. The hostess just stood there and stared as we walked out and looked at her cell phone. Definitely expect better service for the price! We will not be coming back.

We went to the last Sunday brunch before they stopped doing it and the food was great, the service wonderful, and the plates clean. We have gone several times since and the same comments always apply. Tyler is a great server. The prime rib is wonderful as is everything else they serve. Our favorite restaurant.

What a fantastic place in Florence! Nate the bartender is fabulous . He goes well out of his way to not only prepare an outstanding cocktail, but engage his patrons in charming conversation. Chad the GM came over and introduced himself. Truly made us feel welcome. Food was well prepared and tasted great. The place has the charm of an elegant British club yet as charming as a southern home town dinner!

Dirty dishes!!! We went to the Sunday brunch and all the dishes in the stack either had dried food or greasy edges. They really need to fix their dishwasher--either turn the water temperature up or change detergents or both. Things were not clean!!!! After going thru 2 dozen plates, I finally settled on the cleanest one and had a waffle. I ordered an omlette and it was delivered on a greasy edged plate!! The staff was not helpful, just kept bringing more dirty dishes. If I had not been with a party of 6, I would not have stayed at all.
