In January I returned home after a 2 week trip to find my house flooded. A pipe had broken in the attic. There was water and mold everywhere. Every room in the house was affected and the house had to be completely gutted. My insurance company recommended North Alabama Restorations to complete the repairs, and I am so glad that they did. Their estimator showed up on time the very next day, he worked with my insurance company to make sure that everything that was damaged got covered, and did it very quickly. Once the repairs were to begin, I was told it would be 10-12 week project. They finished it in 9 weeks! The Project Manager was incredible, he was in contact with me every day and every step of the way. The finished product looks amazing and the work quality is impeccable. North Alabama Restorations will be my go to from now on. Simply amazing what they did in a short amount of time.

We had recent storm damage. My agent told me to call them. They came right out, gave me an estimate, and explained the entire process to me. They were very punctual and professional the entire time. I am just now waiting on my insurance to finish up their end of the paperwork. I am beyond ready to have them back out to start the work.

When moving into my new home, a representative from AT&T stepped through my ceiling and caused a hole in the kitchen. AT&T agreed for me to have someone come out to estimate the repairs to the ceiling and they would pay for this. I had heard about North Alabama Restorations from friends, so I contacted them to come out to provide me with an estimate. The estimator showed up on time and provided me with an estimate while on site. Once I had approval from AT&T, I contacted North Alabama Restorations back to set up for them to complete the repairs. They had everything scheduled and started within a couple of days. The crew that came in to complete the repairs was very professional and did amazing work. They did such a great job, I decided to pay North Alabama Restorations to smooth out the rest of my ceilings while they were there. I am very pleased with this company. They took a stressful situation (with buying a house, moving, and a hole in the ceiling) and made it a blessing. I will be using this company for any future projects.
