        MPE came out at 6:00pm to unclog a water drain. When we came home from work sewage had backed up in our house. I was pleased with the prompt service to get us taking care of that night. However, 3 days later it happened again and SME had to come out after hours again. This time the cause of the issue was discovered. I was charged $400 the first time and $700 the second time within 3 days. I felt like the second time the charge should at the very least be discounted because it was not completely resolved the first time.

        We've used Shoals MPE since we moved to Alabama in 2015. We recently had a need for a 220V outlet installation. It was our luck to get Cindy Tapp and Ryan (don't know his last name). They really know what they're doing and even came up with a different plan to save us some money. Both employees are personable, respectful, and trustworthy (we left and they had full run of the house). We loved every minute they were here. Should we need more electrical work, we'll ask for Cindy and Ryan by name.

        Roger Barnett came out on Saturday to fix drain issues. Very professional and took very little time to rectify the issue. 3rd time I have used them for various issues from plumbing to electrical. 100% recommend MPE services.
