I would give this office zero stars if I could! I have been attempting to refill my prescription for two weeks, but the staff both refuses to fill out a pre-authorization form and refuses to prescribe something else. No one will return my calls or assist in any way. Every time I call it's a different excuse--once they said they hadn't received a PA form (pharmacist said they have sent three), once they said they were understaffed and would get to it that day, and another time they straight up told me they don't do pre-authorizations for medications. It's stressful, a waste of my time, and shows me that these people do not care about me as a patient.

I was sitting in the lobby for 34 minutes, then sitting in the room for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Then met by Dr. Sherry with an attitude. This is my last time ever coming here. I'll be looking for some where else to go. Disgusting attitudes in the whole building.

New to the Florence area I needed to find a primary care doctor. Sherry Clounch was easy to talk to and made you feel welcome and comfortable. She is very inquisitive and thorough. The nurses are friendly and positive. I really felt like they wanted to help me.
