East Side Apartments

I hope to live here soon. My father did, and it was very nice, and clean, very up dated and quiet. The land lord seems to really take care of things and care about her property.

Awful place to live!! Appliances are outdated; linoleum, cabinets, carpet, etc has been the same since the place opened over 21 years ago! Any maintenance you need gets you put on a “waiting list” with the maintenance guy. Not to mention whenever he does finally show up for maintenance he goes through your personal items and makes a mess! Sharon, the landlord, is atrocious. She had the audacity to claim I missed an entire months rent knowing I keep all my receipts and can prove I always pay. Imagine trying to take advantage of someone in 2020. Disgusting!
