        When we first started going to Big Daddy's 3 years ago, I would have told you it was great and I loved everything about it...the last few times have really not been great at all...the last visit I paid 14.00 for what I would call a Publix bag of salad with a piece of gristly grilled chicken on top...and there were 3 servers gossiping within hearing distance of the customers...just not good at all the last time.

      Shannon, I am sorry to hear that you had anything less than an exceptional experience with us! Our salads and grilled chicken have been the same since we opened in 2007 but apparently you did not enjoy yours on the last visit and I hate to hear that! I hope you made a staff member aware of your unhappiness and were offered an alternative as we ALWAYS aim to please! I assure you that all servers are expected to behave in a professional manner and will be educated on what is and what is not appropriate. I appreciate your feedback and hope you give us another try!
