I would beware of this company. Customer Service is non existent!!! I had irrigation system installed in mid-July after being "on the books" for over a month. Was told I slipped thru the cracks. This was after I paid 50% deposit which check was quickly cashed on date I wrote it. After system was installed I asked them to come back because the sprinkers were not working appropriately. I was told to just shut it off and they would get there in a couple of days. Shut it off and I just paid you $4000 for this???? Finally came and made the repair. Noticed that the sprinklers are still not working appropriately and reached out to Joseph on July 31st to stop over and make some adjustments. He said he would be there that week and I still did not hear from him until yesterday, August 15th. His email stated he did not forget me, just busy!! I guess my $4000 was not enough to warrant some customer service from this company!! I can't even get a receipt for the project. They sent me one showing a balance and I said I don't owe anything. Reply was " I don't know why it says that" and I never received a receipt for the installation. Worst experience I have ever had with a professional?????? company.,

Absolutely love our new backyard paradise!! The crew was quick, efficient and payed wonderful attention to detail!! Definitely recommend!! The owners listened to everything thing we asked for and they delivered! Absolutely wonderful working with them on making our vision come true!! Thank you!!

Blue Heron did a very professional job installing sod at my house. They completed the job quickly and did an awesome job with cleaning up afterwards.

This company came out to my house and did landscaping work. It was a big job and they did a decent job. However, they backed out into my neighbors mailbox and destroyed it and I have called the company numerous times and they still haven’t fixed it and it’s been over three months. This is such an embarrassment.

This company has a sister company called Green Earth Lawns. to provide lawn service. DO NOT USE THEM. They have you sign a contract and never show up to provide the service. Further, do not use Blue Heron for a fence. They do not know how to put up fences. They did not put the posts in the ground deep enough and of course, the whole fence came down in the hurricane. Two fencing contractors confirmed this. I wouldn't use them for anything. Regarding their answer, they did not come for 5 months after they started and my house and yard was only owned by me for one month. Nothing I could do about that. You can't repair anything if you never show up. They were fired by everyone in my neighborhood for lawn services.
