Fairhope Modern Dental

Epic fail. You and your staff took off for the week but left no message on your machine. I called several times and finally went by and the doors were locked and the lights were off at 10 AM on a Tuesday morning. I called the emergency line- Im assuming Dr. Knight answered, when I asked when they were going to be back, he said TBD. Im now left with a chipped tooth. Two days later with no plan to get it fixed and still searching for a dentist before I leave for a week.

I had the best experience today!! When I called for a new patient cleaning I was able to get in very quickly and my husband was able to get in, too. I was called in early which worked out great and from the moment I walk in I was greeted by name and thanked for doing my paperwork online. Gabby, my hygienist was waiting and ready for me. She explained everything so throughly and was so sweet. Dr. Knight came in and was so nice to ask me questions about myself and listen to every and all concerns. There was no rush and they took their time to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. I think I found my lifelong dentist and I cant recommend them enough!

Absolutely love the staff, especially Anita. Great location in Fairhope, very clean and organized! Thankful I found this dental office years ago!
