I reached out to Brandon in Dec 2020 to start the process of building my new home. We found 27 acres and got the blueprints done, and lost the land cus he didn't put the contract in correctly. Found another plot of land spent 2,700 on blueprints he said I needed 750 on pre appraisal he said I needed. And 5k down he said I needed. Non if that was true. After I called him out on it he stopped answering the phone and messages. I called from a friend's phone and he answered on the first ring. AVOID AT ALL COST! He will scam you out of money and then leave you to find another builder. Such a scammer and needs his license pulled before he does this to more people.
