A herd of cars in the drive thru no one asked to help us or came out or spoke thru the mics. The worst place ever

They make drive through orders a priority, I guess. We seen at least seven cars order at the drive thru after arriving at the park and order kiosk. We pressed the order button and they canceled our order. After some time people were being refused service and many were just driving off... And obviously nothing ever changes, so don't waist your time calling or anything else. Just go elsewhere. In some cities, they burn places like this to ground. Seems fitting for the Fairfield location.

Customer service is completely out of the window here not a friendly environment the customer is never right every time I order my order slap your mama with Nerds they always forget my nerds and at the end tell me you did not order nerves even if it's on the receipt that do not fix the problem need better management

I use the app often because I appreciate the half of slushies. But I also do it so I can grab my lunch and go and not wait too long since I work by myself and cant leave it closed or unattended too long. I always wait 15 minutes after ordering or until the app says its ready before leaving. Whenever I check in tho its in the kitchen and I have to wait as tho I ordered at the speaker. I havent been to a different location as of recently so I dont have comparison on speed but Im fairly confident I shouldnt have to wait an additional 10 minutes upon arrival to get food I ordered 20 minutes prior

The poor employee was stressed because he was short on workers ( which wasn't his fault). Some customers were giving him a hard time but I told him it would be alright. He apologized for our order taking so long and I appreciated that.
