      image This review is essentially pointless considering utilities are monopolized by the government, so you can't choose to take your business elsewhere but beware- these people are heartless. They've never waived a single late fee, even when my mother in law died. They increased the late fee amount from $5 to $15 during the economic crisis caused by a GLOBAL PANDEMIC. When I attempted to express my frustrations (in a perfectly calm yet honest manner) they hung up on me before I could even finish uttering the word "bureaucrat." I guess customer service is irrelevant when you're the only game in town but fair warning... good luck if you ever have to deal with this impolite bunch of authoritarian scrooges. Zero stars.
