If I could give a place zero stars it would be Charlie Crumpler Photography. Had pictures done in July. Was supposed to take a week to get back. A week or two into September still didn’t have them. Called numerous times and left voicemails to no avail. The “guarantee “ that you’ll LOVE your pictures or get a refund. Absolutely a lie. Instead they get angry and make excuses as to why they don’t call back in a reasonable time or answer their phones. When excuses don’t work they accuse other people for their unprofessional behavior and business. I was told yesterday that they didn’t return calls because “Life happens.” Apparently for months at a time. Finally got HALF the ordered pictures October 11. The missing photos were supposed to be in in a week.. again. Finally received MOST Of the rest Oct 31. To date some are still not in. Find a different photographer or be ready to be blamed for why he’s not running a professional business.
