I’m giving this place one star, because I can’t give it 0 stars and still write a review. I bought a lip light battery bracket 3 weeks ago and I have not even gotten an email saying it’s been shipped. I have called twice and emailed twice with no responses. I am being to feel like they just stole my money. Update: After sending my review, they finally found my order, emails, and phone calls and I just received my product. I will forward my emails to the representative that called me a liar. The product sku is ML-2-7. I promise a battery bracket is an apt description.

I bought my lip light here. If you can go in person they have all the products on a display so you can get hands on before you buy stuff. Everybody that I talked to inside was super nice. I ended up buying the wrong model at first, and they exchanged it unopened with no questions asked.

Customer service here is at its best! I watched as Luanne helped a young flight student pick out two lip lights! He had so many questions, she was very helpful! He had been sent by a flight instructor to get the light and knew the story of how they came to be!!
