US Leak Detection

Highly recommend this company!! We made an appointment, the owner shows up, gives a quote, explains the process of finding a leak and answers your questions. Found our leak in less than 15 minutes. We decided to have liner replaced. Same thing happened. Appointment, shows up for measurements, ordered the liner pattern of your choice. Was kept updated on order. Tear out and new liner in pool in the same day. It's beautiful!! Owner and staff are super friendly and cleaned up as if they were never there. Call them!!

Refused to finish the job after calling 3 times, could not replace the light in the pool, left light totally hanging out and called to say thank he was finished , took off 3 adjustable jets and replaced them with cheaper non adjustable ones. Asked for half down and half when finished. After paying him the math came out to 114 dollars too much. Watch your step with this one.

Hired 8/17/21 to look at leak in pool. Said to have found and fixed a leak around steps. I have had this pool since 2003 and have not had this trouble until past year. Pool got better for a little while after repair and now is leaking more than ever.. Locator blames leak on evaporation but having to add water every 2 days for 3 or more hours is not normal! Locator will not respond now! I cannot recommend! Very poor customer service from my stand point!

After noticing what appeared to be a tear in our liner and researching for hours how to fix it, I finally realized I wouldn't be able to repair it myself. I saw US Leak Detection mentioned while doing Google searches and clicked the 'Request a Quote' link on Google and submitted my info. This was on a holiday. To my shock and surprise, Larry responded within an hour. Larry came out 2 days later and found and repaired 3 large tears and 2 smaller ones that we had not even noticed. I can't say enough good things about Larry and his company. Great guy, fair pricing, responsive, and very professional. I will forever be a customer of US Leak Detection. Thank you so much, Larry! The summertime is a very busy time for pool companies but Turk responded to my inquiry quickly and professionally. I was able to get an appointment time the next day and he actually arrived early. He completed the work within a timely manner and even suggested other services he provides if we need him in the future. Very thankful he was able to provide excellent service the day before 4th of July. 5 Stars!!
