Jimmy charged me for two visits one thousand dollars to fix my boat. Last I heard of him was “buddy I got you on my mind, I’ll call you on a bit I’m little busy”. I’m still waiting on him to call me or come fix my boat it’s been two and half months and no boat fix. Irresponsible, unprofessional and unethical. You’ll think from his online add and some of the comments that he is reputable, I doubt his reputation is good and highly doubt he knows what he is doing. Do not give this guy your business, he or his guys will rip you off.

My children and grandchildren arrived on 7/2 for one week of vacation. On Saturday afternoon I put the boat in the water to take it to the boat slip. It ran 100 yards, sputtered and would not start. I called Jimmy Gross as only place to answer my desperate call. I thought my fuel pump was broken. While he was on a job he stopped and by telephone he worked me through an extensive checklist. After 15 minutes eliminating the motor he said it had to be the gas line. We tightened the clamps on the pump bulb and gas pressure held and boat started. He refused money. I will use him for all future boat motor needs. He is a savior Service: General repairs & maintenance

The warranty I have from this company is not worth the paper it is written on. I have gone 45 (-7 days of a temporary fix) days without Air Conditioning. I purchased a used low profile AC unit from him because there was a 1 year warranty on Parts and Labor. 10 months into that 12 months the AC quit. During the hottest part of the year and no matter what I do I can not get them to even talk about when I could possibly have AC. I am nowhere on his priority list so I have lost all faith that he will honor that warranty. Because of that I have to start over and purchase a unit from another company that will hopefully be better and more honest that Jimmy Gross Marine Services. Take your warranty from them and throw it away because it means nothing.

Jimmy Gross did a great job for me. He didn’t get in a hurry and I knew it was done right when he was done. Highly recommended.
