        I test drove a truck, got approved by the bank but their computers were down. stayed in contact with dealership and assured them I would be back with money! got the money next day, went to get truck and Sam said "I didn't think you were sincere, I sold that truck"!. I told them the day before that I had even put my motorcycle up as collateral because their truck was a bit over loan value! Complete jerk on the phone! I have purchased another vehicle here a few years back and he still did this to me! I literally needed this truck for work and was steadily in contact and honest with them! I hope Sam goes bankrupt!

        Terrible customer service. Sold a vehicle out from under us then was RUDE. We NEEDED that vehicle and called to tell them we were on our way & they sold it because they didn't believe we were really coming. NOT OKAY!
