My vehicle broke down in front of bmrv. One of their salesmen came out after we were sitting in the sun for 1 hours and gave us a hand helped us get to the car dealership to get the Car fixed gave my wife a ride to the car dealership because there was no room in the tow truck. Hi there- my Open Range Travel trailer has been pending repair for over 6 months. I really wanted to go camping, but it's still waiting for repairs. Edit 3/11/23: it has now been 7 months and I cannot get a reasonable answer why my RV has been held up so long. I got so disgusted with having an RV bought from them and serviced by them, that I asked about selling it. They replied that I would take a huge loss. Everything I experienced was extremely sketchy. Buyer beware.

This was our first experience with the RV world. We had an unfortunate experience the first time around and the second time the service department was supposed to fix a punch list of items before we took delivery of our brand new travel trailer- they did not.I do not care for people who dont tell the truth. The reason for the 4 stars is because of one exceptional salesman, Travis Colquette. He went out of his way to help us out and to try and get things squared away. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The baskets he had made for us as a thank you gift were beautiful . Baskets by Donna- a great partnership.

My wife and I bought a 5th wheel toy hauler here, and i can't say good enough things. We had been shopping around and went to the camping world and other places, but Bama was a pleasure to work with. We got a great deal on a slightly owned Raptor, and they gave us a great deal for our travel trailer. The new camper needed a few things, and they took care of everything prior to us taking delivery. They even delivered it to where we were staying about 30 minutes away and took our trade-in back. We will definitely do business with them again when the time comes to either trade, upgrade, or get an additional unit.

Stopped in today to look at some Class A motorhomes. The place is really nice inside & has a great store area. The salesman (Wayne Fisher) that helped us was great! He showed us everything we asked about and was not pushy at all but very helpful. Had some great insight.
