I worked with Dept. of Corrections quite a few years and the local Sheriff's department. I've always bought my equipment from here. Gall's has a 30 day comfort guarantee. Apparently the Dothan store does not honor or acknowledge this policy. Had to call corporate about a new pair of boots from there to return them because Dothan location said I was stuck with them. When I asked about the 30 day comfort policy she became belligerent and hung up on me. After years of business they won't be getting anymore of mine

Excellent service! The staff is knowledgeable. The embroidery is a little steep in price so I could not give 5 stars. The turn around time is two weeks for ordering out-of-stock items and getting the embroidery done.

Ordered a shirt from them about 3 weeks ago. Told that it would be ready 2 weeks from then , now almost 4 weeks later , I call too ask about it (because I haven’t heard from them) and they tell me it’s on back order. But of course they have already received my payment. Unprofessional !
