This business damaged my property while performing a service for my neighbor. This company NEVER notified me of the damage. I had to learn of the damage after sewage was pooling up in my front yard due to them hitting a clean out drain pipe. We thought that the problem had been fixed when Roto-Rooter came out to fix the exposed broken pipe. Now months later the pipe has cracked due to the clean out pipe cap falling into the pipe and traveling 46 ft to cause a crack in the pipe. This has now caused 3 inches of raw sewage to back up in both bathrooms in the home. This company has decided not to pay the bill for the repair of the pipe. Very disgusted with this owner and how he handles business. Do not do business with this company.
