I have been extremely pleased with the care and attention provided to my mother by First Light of Dothan over the last four months. The staff have been wonderful, caring and fun! Their responsiveness to issues has been very positive. I would recommend them to anyone in the area seeking a caregiving provider.

I've been working for FirstLight since 2020. I had only planned on staying until pandemic restrictions passed, but I've stayed because i enjoy working with the clients. The pay/benefits are on par with restaurants/retail, but normal compared to other agencies. You'll receive small raises based on evaluation of your work. The company has also been very accommodating (time off for appts, vacation, etc), and the hours are flexible, which suits me. Overall, a good company to work for.

Our family had a great experience with FirstLight. They were very helpful in deciding what we needed and were professional and kind throughout the process. My parents were very pleased with their caregiver. We would recommend FirstLight without hesitation and will use their services again if needed.

I am presently an employee of First light and have been since my arrival in Alabama.i moved here from Ohio 4 years ago...this company was a great find for me.They were and have always been very welcoming and supportive of me as a employee. They care for their workers and certainly their clients! I would recommend this for anyone interested in the field to work for them...and absolutely to someone in need of care!!
